Hands-On STEM
That Changes Lives

Wagner Labs builds tools, curriculum, and community around one idea: every learner grows when they build real things for real people. From the SmartServo Project to SparkServo kits for young makers, our ecosystem meets you where you are.

30 Years in STEM Education Award-Winning Educator Delaware STEM Council Co-Chair

Who are you building for?

One servo. One mission. Five ways in — pick the path that fits and everything connects from there.

One family of tools, connected by a single servo

Every site in our network serves a different builder — but they all share the same hardware, the same mission, and the same belief in learning by making.

Built by an educator.
Driven by access.

Wagner Labs was founded by Dr. Judson Wagner — an award-winning physics and engineering educator with 30 years in the classroom, K-12 STEM Program Manager, District CTE Supervisor, and co-chair of the Delaware STEM Council.

Every program in the ecosystem shares a common foundation:

  • Student-centered learning environments
  • Evidence-based STEM education practices
  • Inclusive and equitable access for all learners
  • Real-world application and community impact
  • Human-centered design and service learning
